Honey Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
What You Need
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)

1/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, divided

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves

1 Tbsp. honey



Brush meat with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing and rub with dry ingredients as directed. Let stand 10 min., or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours to marinate. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place meat in shallow baking pan. Bake 15 min. Mix remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing and the honey; brush lightly onto meat. Bake an additional 10 min. or until meat is cooked through (160ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining dressing mixture. Remove meat from oven; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
